At Kerridwen Internacional Real Estate we collect and process your personal information on a general basis to manage the relationship we maintain with you, the main purposes that we have identified being the following:

How do we collect your information?

We collect your personal information through different means, but you will always be informed at the time of collection through information clauses about the person responsible for the treatment, the purpose and legal basis of the same, the recipients of the data and the retention period of your data. information, as well as the way in which you can exercise your rights regarding data protection.

User Responsibility

By providing us with your data through electronic channels, you guarantee that you are over 14 years of age and that the data provided to Kerridwen Green Real Estate is true, exact, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, you, the user, confirms that you are responsible for the veracity of the data communicated and that you will keep said information properly updated so that it responds to your real situation, taking responsibility for false and inaccurate data that you could provide, as well as for damages, direct or indirect, that may arise.

How long do we keep your information?

At Kerridwen Green Real Estate we only keep your information for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, comply with the legal obligations imposed on us and address the possible responsibilities that may arise from the fulfilment of the purpose by the company for which the data was collected.

If at any time we have collected your data to address you as a potential user or provider of our services or respond to a request for information made by you, said data will be kept for a period of six years from its collection, and will be deleted after said date if a contractual relationship has not been formalised or at the time you request it from us.

For this purpose, we will only use suppliers that: (i) are located in a country or territory that has been declared to have an adequate level of protection by the European Commission; or (ii) provide us with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal tool, which are sufficient to ensure that the third party protects your data and provides you with rights and protections at the same level as in the EEA. The foregoing without prejudice to the fact that we can also apply added technical protections.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?

The regulations on data protection allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data and opposition and limitation to its processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when applicable. These rights are characterised by the following:

 

  • Its exercise is free of charge, unless the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive), in which case Kerridwen Green Real Estate may charge a fee proportional to the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act

  • You can exercise your rights directly or through your legal or voluntary representative.

  • We must respond to your request within one month, although, if the complexity and number of requests are taken into account, the deadline can be extended by another two months.

  • We have the obligation to inform you about the means to exercise these rights, which must be accessible and without being able to deny you the exercise of the right for the sole reason of choosing another means. If the request is submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided by these means when possible, unless you request us to do otherwise.

  • If Kerridwen Green Real Estate does not process the request, it will inform you, within one month at the latest, of the reasons for its non-action and the possibility of complaining to a Control Authority.

To exercise your rights, Kerridwen Green Real Estate puts the following means at your disposal:

  2. Sending a scanned and signed form to the email address rgpd@kerridwengreen.com indicating in the subject Exercise of LOPD Rights.

 

In both cases, you must prove your identity by attaching a photocopy or, where appropriate, a scanned copy, of your ID or equivalent document to be able to verify that we only respond to the interested party or their legal representative, and in this case you must provide a document accrediting the representation.


Likewise, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, we inform you that you may file a claim with the national control authority by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, for these purposes. 6 – 28001 Madrid, Spain.

How do we protect your information?

At Kerridwen Internacional SL we are committed to protecting your personal information. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and there is no security system that is impenetrable, so, in the case of any information being processed and under our control that is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take the necessary measures to investigate the incident, notify the Control Authority and, where appropriate, those users who may have been affected so that they can take appropriate measures.
